Releases & Restocks: 

Releases are on Fridays at 9PM EST!

Most releases involve newer items and sometimes restocks of other previously released items in a different variation.

Most items are not restocked unless they come back in a new color/variation. This is in place to ensure variety for my products and exclusivity of releases. 

Limited release items are never restocked and are a one time release basis.

All restocks and releases are previewed and shown on my social media!

Processing & Delivery: 

Please allow around 5-7 business days for your orders to be processed. I still work a 40 hour a week job while also running every aspect of this brand by myself! Orders are processed in the order they are received, oldest to newest! 

 

My order has not shown up yet?

Sometimes USPS is slower at certain times than others, especially during peak shipping seasons, USPS is known to mark an item as "Delivered" and it not show up for a few more days to stay on their "schedule." If you have any questions please email me at susweeb@gmail.com for more help! 

 

How many people run SUSWEEB?

Me, myself, and I. It is a one man show, however sometimes if clothing orders get a little overwhelming my fiancée is super nice enough to help<3. 

 

Sponsorships/Ambassadors?

So sorry, this is just something I do not think I will ever do! Personal preference. 

 

Do you make custom stickers/commissions?

With the work load and all the plans I have for SUSWEEB I am unable to do these services! There are plenty of other individuals and stores that do custom work! 

 

Shipping Policy:

My store only offers tracked shipping options.

Please DOUBLE/TRIPLE check your shipping address as this is exactly what I ship to so if something is incorrect, I am not responsible for the package  being delivered to the wrong address.

 Lost or Stolen Packages

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once orders leave SUSWEEB's location the package is in the care of the postal handler. Customer is required to submit a claim directly with courier and follow their guidelines. USPS recommends waiting 15 days before assuming a package is lost/stolen. After 15 days, please call the customer service team of USPS:

- USPS customer service: Contact your local post office. Click on the link below enter your zip code, select the post office that delivers to your home, and call the local number provided on USPS site.

Packages Showing Delivered but not Received

Sometimes, USPS marks a package as delivered even though it's still in transit. Please contact your local post office, so they can begin an investigation regarding your package. You can also check with your neighbors to see if the package was delivered to the wrong address in error. If your item was stolen, please note SUSWEEB is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once orders leave SUSWEEBs location the package is in the care of the postal handler.

Refund Policy:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS ON ORDERS USING INCORRECT ADDRESS IN ORDER. NO REFUNDS ON ORDERS TO "CANCEL AN ORDER". DAMAGED ITEMS WILL BE REFUNDED PER DAMAGE ON ITEM.AFTER ITEM HAS SHIPPED, NO REFUNDS WILL BE AVAILABLE "JUST BECAUSE." PURCHASING AN ITEMS MEANS YOU AGREE TO THIS POLICY THAT ALL SALES ARE FINAL, SO PLEASE ONLY BUY IF YOU ARE 100% SET ON YOUR PURCHASE.
